Scavenger receptor expressed by endothelial cells I (SREC-I) is a novel endocytic receptor
for acetylated low density lipoprotein (LDL). Here we show that SREC-I is expressed in a
wide variety of tissues, including macrophages and aortas. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)
