Ca2+ signals are involved in the signal transduction of neuroendocrine regulators. In
goldfish, two endogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormones, salmon (s) GnRH and chicken
(c) GnRH-II, control maturational gonadotropin secretion. Although considerable evidence
