Niles et all recently reponed that patients with Wegener's granulomatosis have anti-
neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) that are specific for a 29-Kd neutrophil serine
proteinase. They noted that ANCA with this specificity product cytoplasmic indirect
