Background: Low-dose heparin devoid of anticoagulant activity inhibits T-lymphocyte
heparanase activity, which is crucial in T-cell migration to target tissues. Objective: The
purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of low-dose enoxaparin (Clexane), a low-
