E-mail subscriptions
Receive alerts by e-mail when new articles are published. The
JCI publishes articles online in advance of each monthly print edition
as well as a new online issue each month. Receive notification by
e-mail when the JCI publishes articles online (typically weekly), or
when the JCI releases a new monthly issue (at the beginning of each
month.)

While the JCI makes all of the research it publishes freely available online, subscriptions are required for access to non-research content, including News, Commentaries, Book Reviews, Science in Medicine articles, Review Series, and standalone Review articles.

Payment. Orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Checks or money
orders are payable to The Journal of Clinical Investigation and must be
drawn in US funds.

Postage and handling. Charges are included in prices.
Shipment is by surface mail in the US and Canada, and by air to the
rest of the world.
Claims. We will honor claims for nonreceipt of issues for
customers in the US and Canada if received within 90 days of the
publication date (but not before 30 days after the publication date),
and within 180 days (but not before 45 days after the publication date)
for customers outside the US and Canada. Claims must be made by e-mail,
fax, or mailed correspondence and must include the most recent delivery
address.
Cancellations. Refunds, less a $15 fee, will be prorated from
the number of issues remaining for the subscription at the time a
cancellation is received. Refunds must be requested in writing.
