Renal histology from treated (b, d, f, and h) compared with control (a, c, e, and g) mice. Treated mice have more normal glomeruli (arrows in a and b) and absence of tubular casts (*). Lymphocyte infiltration in the calyceal regions (arrow in c) is absent (d) and glomerular deposition of IgG (f) and complement (h) are diminished. One representative mouse from each group is shown.
