Restoration of catecholamine secretion by anticatalytic antiplasminogen mAb in PC12 cells overexpressing t-PA. PC12 CS1F9 cells were treated with 60 μM nicotine or buffer (basal) in the presence of 2 μM plasminogen and 300 nM of either an anticatalytic antiplasminogen mAb (open bars) or normal mouse IgG (closed bars). Results are mean ± SEM; n = 6 for each experimental group. AP < 0.001 compared with cells treated with nicotine plus normal mouse IgG.
