Transgenic RhoA is exressed in atria as well as ventricles. Lysates from atria and ventricles of nontransgenic (NTG) and transgenic (TG) F1 heterozygotes from the V12 wild-type RhoA founder line and the VB25 activated RhoA founder line were immunoblotted with anti-RhoA antibody. A faint contaminating band at the approximate molecular weight of the HA-RhoA protein band was consistently observed in NTG lanes.
