Resting Bcl-2–transduced cells exhibit resistance to HIV-1 infection and phenotypes of TEM.

(A) Susceptibility of resting and activated freshly isolated and Bcl-2–transduced CD4+ cells to HIV-1 infection. Cells were infected with reporter virus pNL4-3-Δ6-drEGFP pseudotyped with HIV-1–X4 envelope. The number in each plot indicates the percentage of infected (GFP-positive) cells.
