DSCR-1 levels influence inflammatory leukocyte infiltration rate in sepsis.

Heart, lung, and liver of wild-type mice, Dscr1–/– mice, or mice injected with Ad-Flt1-control or Ad-Flt1-DSCR-1 were harvested, cryosectioned, and stained with anti-Mac1 antibody. Mac1-positive activated leukocytes (brown) were quantified based on the analysis of 6 independent sections (bar graphs).
