(B) Multidimensional scaling of TOL (triangles) and non-TOL (circles) samples according to the expression of the 26 probes selected by PAM. Distances between samples plotted in the 3D graph are proportional to their dissimilarities in gene expression. TOL and non-TOL samples appear as 2 well-defined and clearly separated groups.
