NADPH oxidase is required for arsenic-stimulated nitrotyrosine formation in vivo.

Frozen liver sections of the mice from Figure 4 were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde and immunostained for nitrotyrosine (green) and PECAM-1 (red). Nuclei were stained with DRAQ5 (blue). Sections were imaged at ×400 and merged to indicate the degree of colocalization of nitrosylated proteins with sinusoids. Images are representative of sections of livers from 3 mice per group. Scale bar: 10 μm.
