Expression of miR15a in human and rat liver tissue by locked nucleic acid in situ hybridization.

Intensity of miR15a immunoreactivity in cholangiocytes lining liver cysts in patients with ADPKD, ARPKD, and CHF and in the PCK rat was reduced compared with that in normal human cholangiocytes and NRCs.
