Normal hematopoiesis in dogs that received MGMT-transduced cells using MSCV retroviral vector.

(A) Subset analysis shows marked cells in all the lineages of blood cells. Analysis of peripheral blood from 2 representative animals is presented. (B) Southern blot analysis of marrow from 5 animals demonstrates polyclonality. Digestion with BglII, which cuts vector once, releases a unique band for each integration sites, while digestion with SacI, which cuts vector twice, releases a single internal control band of 1.9 kb.
