In situ hybridization. Whole-mount in situ hybridization analysis for genes identified by microarray expression analysis to be upregulated in the mES cell–derived CPCs. Hybridization was done on mouse embryos isolated on E7.5, E8.5, and E9.5. Genes analyzed are Cap2, Zfp69, 3632451O06Rik, Pcdh12, and 4631423F02Rik.
