Increased CNS inflammation in TRIF-deficient mice during EAE. Representative sections of lumbar spinal cord from WT and TRIF-deficient mice at day 12 after MOG/CFA immunization were stained with H&E to determine inflammation or immunostained with anti-CD4 or anti–IL-17 for infiltration of CD4+ and Th17 cells.
