Stat5 but not Stat3 activation by G-CSF is enhanced in d715 G-CSFR cells. Wild-type or d715 G-CSFR bone marrow cells were treated in vitro for the indicated times with G-CSF (100 ng/ml), and the cells were then incubated with antibodies specific for phosphorylated Stat5 or Stat3.
