Comparison of MAP (A) and HR (B) between Bbs2–/–, Bbs4–/–, and Bbs6–/– mice and wild-type littermate controls.

Data are mean ± SEM of MAP and HR recorded continuously for 24 hours over 7 days (n = 5–6 mice per group). Compared with wild-type controls, Bbs4–/– and Bbs6–/– mice had significantly elevated MAP (P < 0.001), but Bbs2–/– mice did not (P = 0.678).
