Figure 6IL-7 treatment enhances CD8 T cell memory following DNA immunization. C57BL/6 mice were immunized with DNA plasmid pCMV-NP that expresses the NP of LCMV. Cohorts of mice were treated daily with IL-7 or PBS between days 14 and 21 after DNA immunization. On day 35 after DNA immunization, the number of NP396-specific CD8 T cells in spleen was quantitated by intracellular cytokine staining. Each symbol represents data from an individual mouse.
