The 28-gene biased signature (A) and the 80-gene model (B) were used to predict overall survival in stage I lung adenocarcinomas of the Duke cohort (n = 34). Data are shown as the probability of survival, in a Kaplan-Meier plot, as a function of a favorable (red line) or unfavorable (green line) signature.
