WT or CalDAG-GEFI–deficient neutrophils isolated from bone marrow were added to fibronectin- or fibrinogen-coated plates and incubated for 30 minutes in the presence or absence (i.e., resting) of 300 nM LTB4 or 3 or 30 nM PAF.
