(A) Leukocyte adhesion in Ad^–/– mice before and after in vivo blockade of E-selectin with the E-selectin function–blocking mAb 9A9 (2.1 mg/kg). Leukocyte adhesion was not affected by systemic administration of control IgG1 (2.1 mg/kg).
