Kinetics of recruitment of endosomal and lysosomal markers. Mouse peritoneal macrophages were incubated with control (ctr) or anti-CD40 mAbs, then infected with T. gondii. Expression of late endosomal and lysosomal markers (A) or early endosomal markers (B) was examined by immunofluorescence at different times after challenge. Opsonized tachyzoites were used as positive control. Results are shown as the mean ± SD and are representative of 3 independent experiments.
