WT mice were treated with anti–mPDCA-1 or isotype control on –1 and 1 day of CpG ODN treatment and were challenged ivag with 104 PFU of HSV-2 24 hours following CpG ODN inoculation. (A) Survival rates, (B) genital mean pathology scores, and (C) virus titers in vaginal washes of mice were monitored. Values represent mean ± SEM (n = 5/group).
