RELMβ expression is strongly activated in the terminal ileum of the SAMP1/Fc mice.

(A) RELMβ mRNA levels were determined by quantitative real-time PCR in the jejunum and ileum of 40-week-old C57BL/6, AKR, and SAMP1/Fc mice. 18S rRNA was used as an endogenous control. RELMβ mRNA levels are expressed as mean ± SEM relative to 18S rRNA (×10–2) (n = 5 per group).
