NOS gene expression and NF-κB activation in postmortem biopsies. Transcript levels of eNOS and iNOS were measured in postmortem liver and skeletal muscle biopsies. NF-κB activation was evaluated in these tissues by analysis of the levels of phosphorylated IκB.
