On day 2 (downward-pointing arrows) mice were injected intraperitoneally with 50 mg IVIg (open squares) or intravenously with OVA-rbcs + anti-OVA (open triangles) or OVA-rbcs + control IgG (filled triangles). Platelet counting was as described in Figure
4;
n = 5 mice for each group from 5 independent experiments.
