CD4⁺CD25⁺CD69^– Tregs suppress CXCL13 production by CD57⁺ GC-Th cells. Equal numbers (10⁵ cells) of tonsil CD19⁺ B cells, CD57⁺ GC-Th cells, and/or CD4⁺CD25⁺CD69^– Tregs were cultured together for 5 days in the presence of staphylococcal enterotoxin B.
