TAG-associated apoE from plasma. WT (filled squares) and CD36-null (open circles) mice (n = 3) received an intragastric gavage of saline or olive oil (16.5 μl/g). After 2 hours, plasma was collected and pooled and the VLDL/chylomicron fraction isolated by size-exclusion chromatography. Plasma TAG and apoE levels were measured in each fraction.
