b) Foxo1 phosphorylation. We removed the livers from WT, Δ80, and Δ98 mice and isolated proteins by detergent extraction. We performed Western blotting with anti-phospho S253 Foxo1 antibody (upper panel), and then probed the filter again with anti-Foxo1 antibody (lower panel). We show a representative experiment. (
