LPS stimulates neutrophil sequestration into the lungs in E/P-selectin–/– and CD18–/– mice. Mice were treated without LPS (white bars) or with LPS (black bars) for 4 hours, and then whole blood was taken by cardiac puncture and lungs harvested.
