Role of NF-κB by EMSA. EMSA was performed with nuclear extracts of PTECs treated for 1 h with medium alone (control), HSA (5 or 10 mg/ml), PDTC (25 μM, added 30 min before the addition of HSA), SN50 or its mutant peptide SN50M (100 μg/ml, added 30 min before the addition of HSA).
