Interstitial CD4 T cells and macrophages are increased, while CD8 T cells are decreased in IL-15–/– mice as compared with IL-15+/+ mice with NSN. Macrophages and CD4 T cells in the interstitium were markedly increased, while CD8 T cells were decreased in IL-15–/– kidneys.
