The increase of the slope of the left lung pulmonary blood flow-pressure relationship after LMBO in cPLA+/+ mice represents the LMBO-induced increased in LPVR (P < 0.01 vs. baseline). In contrast, in cPLA–/– mice, LMBO did not increase LPVR (b).
