Comparison of Mac-1–mediated adhesion of patient and control neutrophils. The binding of control (light gray bars) and patient (black bars) neutrophils to fibrinogen-coated plates when stimulated with 100 nM FMLP, 50 nM PdBu, or 10 μg/ml KIM 185 for 30 minutes. The presence of β2 mAb IB4 at 10 μg/ml inhibits adhesion of control (white bars) and patient (dark gray bars) cells.
