Values are means ± SD of cell counts per hpf. Note that treatment with BX471 for 10 days as well as from days 6–10 reduced infiltration of CD45+ leukocytes, CD3+ lymphocytes, F4/80+ macrophages, and FSP1+ fibroblasts compared with vehicle controls. BX471 given from day 0–5 had no effect. * P < 0.05.
