(a) HPDIVIYQY-stimulated bulk CTL line recognizes autologous B lymphoblastoid cell line (BCL) targets pulsed with peptide HPDIVIYQY, but not infecting variant NPQIIIYQY. (b) NPEIIIYQY-stimulated bulk CTL line does not recognize autologous BCL targets pulsed with either peptide HPDIVIYQY or NPEIIIYQY.
