Figure 4Long-term in vivo BrdU incorporation (9 days in drinking water) in T-cell subsets of mice treated late in the disease with either the blank plasmid (left panels) or the IFN-R/Fc cDNA plasmid (right panels) coupled with electroporation. Assessments were made 7 months after initiation of treatment. Cells were first stained with the indicated surface markers, fixed, stained with anti-BrdU, and analyzed by FACS. Profiles are representative of one mouse, and mean ± SEM of BrdU
